Christmas Wrapping

Christmas – What to Wear?

Step away from the wardrobe! This is no time for Gok!

This is all about making your dog a stylish Bandana as a fantastic Christmas treat. Some dogs don’t like being dressed up but a bandana is not much more than a collar. We all know its for your enjoyment really, so let’s make sure the dog doesn’t mind!

Download these easy to follow instructions and before long you will have a very stylish Christmas outfit for your pooch.

Easier and nicer than itchy ill-fitting reindeer antlers or that Santa Hat.

So click and download the pdf file – and some lovely pics there for greyhound fans

Today’s Intellidogs Advent Calendar day was put together by Susan and the Lincolnshire Greyhound Trust

I hope you will be able to support this fantastic charity by visiting their site:

  2. It may look like a collar to you, but it’s a bit too much like a coat to me, and I definitely don’t do coats!

Sorry I didn’t reply to Pickles yesterday – Mum had the computer off most of the day as the electricians were here. But I just wanted to let Pickles know that Santa does sometimes do puppies for Christmas, and it can be a good thing. 2 years ago on 15 December Santa bought me to my Mum and Dad at my forever home – and I’m so glad he did.

Snuffles, from Jez (Julia’s Staffy – Karen will know who I am).

  9. What a great bandana. Maybe it’s something I can do throughout the year, for some rescues. Thanks for putting it behind No.2. Looking forward to No.3, it’s so exciting.

  11. Wow this is great! My two terriers will love strutting their stuff looking like cowboys! Especially Kaiser the patterdale terrier, Toby will want one when he see’s Kaisers. Toby is a Chihuahua / Yorkie cross so it will look great on him!

  16. Sally and Siggie will do a bandana. I love it! But the Christmas “torture” of antlers and angel wings are a fine Christmas tradition at our house.

  17. I used to have a male dog. I loved putting bandanas on him. Now we have a girl, and it just doesn’t seem right! We have a very dear friend who is a male dog. We are going to make one for him for the holidays! Thanks for making us think of it!

  20. Great idea, thanks for giving me plenty of time, useless at sewing but should manage it in time for Christmas. :.)

  21. Aggie tried wearing a bandana once but it got in the way of her ears. Bassets and bandanas don’t seem to go. Well, unless count them as chewing toys.

  24. If you have an anxious dog then spraying the bandana with DAP spray may help them cope with all the Christmas excitement & visitors.
